Vague sizing letters ("S, M, L, XL") cause most online returns. At Biu, we measure every single batch across chest, length, and waist in exact centimeters. When our size guide says 106 cm chest, it fits true to 106 cm.

3. Hand-Inspected at Our Counter

We do not believe in blind dropshipping or shipping unchecked factory boxes. Every single piece is reviewed at our physical counter before it leaves:

- Seams, hems, and collars are checked for symmetry.

- Loose threads are clipped.

- Every garment is inspected under bright light before being sealed for delivery.
